The Hamburg is a bustling breed with an animated personality. These fowl carry themselves with an effervescance that has captured the affection of many a garden keeper. Sprightly and vivacious, Hamburgs enjoy roaming free, and are adept flyers. They easily recognize their human handlers, but are not especially tame.
